Notes from Part 5

• Getting the abridged dictionary on the second turn was a nice relief. Note that there was no chance of getting those horrible drunkenness adventures since I still hadn’t dropped the Teetotaler path yet.



• My luck in the Valley was pretty good, I though. In addition to all those lowercase ns, I finished collecting enough scrolls to make a 31337 just before hitting level 10. That was nice.



• Again, I was surprised to end up fighting yetis. This time it could have been avoided had I chosen to pull and eat my last two pickles at that point, bbut it wouldn’t have made a big difference.

Blunders:

• I made the penguin shorts shortly after hitting 45 moxie so I could replace Celerity. I doubt this was necessary, since I already had a leotarrrd for an initiative boost.
