Notes from Part 8

• Although I did get three (or perhaps even four) star charts, I didn’t have enough stars and lines to make a star weapon. That was okay since I had some extra pulls available.



• I left the Hole in the Sky for the Lair just as I hit Level 11. I could have donated some meat to push myself to level 11 earlier, but I wanted to save as much meat as possible to donate for muscle points, since those were clearly lacking as I entered the Lair.

Blunders:

• There’s a lot of unnecessary inventory and skill checks in the clip. This is bound to happen when you’re experiencing a mix of excitement, worry, and drowsiness.

Coming up in Part 9:

• The final clip begins with some added video to make up for the fact that I accidentally forgot to record any of the hedge maze and the first four levels of the Tower. Hopefully my new version is more entertaining anyway. Then it’s on to the finish!
